Does the library offer access to Netflix, Hulu, etc.?
The library cannot offer institutional subscriptions to commercial streaming services due to the necessity of individual account creation and passwords that commercial streamers require. We do offer access to Hoopla which has movies and more! Hoopla is completely free to any Oxy student, faculty, or staff. Go to Hoopla and click on "Get Started." Then, click on "Let's go!" This will take you to the "Find your library" screen. If Occidental isn't automatically in the list below the search box, then just search for "Occidental College." Once you locate us, select us and click "next." Where it says "library card" enter your OxyNet username (not your email address). Once you've entered that, then you'll be prompted to enter your oxy.edu email address and to create a password. And that is it! If you have any issues, please contact library@oxy.edu
