Does Oxy Library have Libby?

Libby is an in-browser and mobile app that allows for reading of eBooks and magazines, streaming services, and audio books. Oxy library does not subscribe to Libby but it is available at most public libraries for free! If you don't already have an LAPL library card, it is easy to get one.
